SHIPPING POLICY

We will be delivered by express package delivery (EMS Thai Post) to your address within period of 72 hours after receipt of your payment.

All deliveries will be made by the courier company Thai Post (EMS).

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a note with the contact details so that you can arrange another delivery time. It is compulsory to provide a contact telephone number so that the courier can contact you if you are not at the address provided.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once the order has left our warehouse, we’ll send you the tracking number with which you can confirm the expected delivery date.

Please note that it can take up to 24h for the delivery and tracking information to be updated.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER CANNOT BE DELIVERED?

In the event that an unsuccessful delivery attempt has been made, a new delivery attempt will be made the following day. The delivery person will contact you if you have registered your telephone number on the order. If the second delivery fails, you will be able to pick up your order at the Thai Post branch in the delivery area within 7 calendar days. If you have any assist, please feel free to contact us.
